What do you need to start?

You only need the URL (or endpoint) to monitor and where to send alerts. No agent is required for standard HTTP checks.

Typically you will provide:

• The website URL or API endpoint to check
• Alert contacts (email, SMS, webhooks)
• Check type (HTTP/HTTPS, keyword, port, etc.)
• Desired interval (based on your plan)

Important: we perform external checks only—we do not need server access or sensitive credentials for basic uptime monitoring.
